SifB is translocated into infected RAW264.7 cells and traffics away from the SCV. RAW264.7 cells were infected with wild-type and mutant Salmonella serovar Typhimurium expressing SifB-HA in an identical manner as described for Fig. 3. Sixteen hours postinfection, the cells were fixed and stained for HA epitope (green), LAMP-1 (blue), and Salmonella (red).
