ODF and OPG mRNA expression in cocultures treated with T. denticola LOS. After the cocultures were treated with the LOS from T. denticola (0.1 to 10 μg/ml), as described in the text, the ODF, OPG, and β-actin mRNA levels were examined by RT-PCR (A).
