The 10th, 25th, 75th and 90th percentile boxes for the AU values of each IgG subclass are presented and the horizontal line within these percentile boxes indicate the median AU. There were significant differences in the distributions of total IgG and IgG1 levels between both groups of children (Mann-Whitney U test, P = 0.009 and 0.043, respectively).
