The arrows indicate the positions of the expressed OYE2 (left) and OYE3 (right). The marker standards were phosphorylase b (97,400), bovine serum albumin (66,300), aldolase (42,400), carbonic anhydrase (30,000), and trypsin inhibitor (20,100). The gel was stained for protein using Coomassie brilliant blue R-250 and destained in methanol-acetic acid-water (40:7:53).
