^aSupernatants from the indicated cell lines, uninfected and RRV infected, were analyzed for the concentration of infectious RRV. Rf 388-93 is a rhesus monkey fibroblast cell line. TCID₅₀ endpoint titers were determined in duplicate by serial 10-fold dilution on rhesus fibroblast line Rf 388-93 following complete cell lysis after 2 weeks.
