Accumulation of viral proteins in wild-type and mutant mouse embryo cells infected with HSV-1(F). Wild-type and mutant MEFs grown in T25 flasks were exposed to 0.1 PFU of HSV-1(F) per cell. The cells were harvested 4, 8, 12, and 16 h after infection and lysed as described in Materials and Methods.
