Actin is coimmunoprecipitated with VP4 from 18-h-infected Caco-2 cells. Differentiated Caco-2 cells were infected with rotavirus at 10 PFU/cell. Lysates from mock-infected or 18-h-infected Caco-2 cells were subjected to immunoprecipitation with anti-VP4 antibodies and then to Western blotting using anti-VP4 and anti-actin.
