Positions of E66QIV69 and G82QVLAL87 peptides in CCP1 and CCP2 of bovine CD46. Bovine CD46 was modeled using Swiss model (35) on the basis of human CD46 CCP1 and CCP2 crystal structure (7). Both peptides, E66QIV69 (yellow) and G82QVLAL87 (red), are located on antiparallel beta sheets in CCP1, forming a binding platform for BVDV.
