For each tissue cry expression is shown for the pure species (B. tryoni and B. neohumeralis) and the hybrid lines (dusk mating and day mating) at two time points (morning, 09:30; night, 23:00). The data shown are the means of three independent real-time PCR experiments. Heights of the 95% error bars are 0.19 and 0.21 for A and B, respectively.
