Coverage accuracy of the credible intervals obtained by LATAG. We constructed credible intervals of different sizes, ranging from 10 to 90% (x-axis). The y-axis shows the number of data sets (out of 50) for which the credible interval contained the true location of the disease gene. The blue bars (number observed) are generally slightly higher than the purple bars (number expected if the coverage is correct), suggesting that our credible intervals may be slightly conservative.
