On the gene models, stop codons are marked with a black bar. On the protein alignments, stop codons are marked with a red asterisk and codons with splice junctions are marked with a red arrowhead. Protein alignments are truncated to make the sequence visible and alignment positions are marked above each alignment (cropped from an alignment with 1 at the N terminus). The entire alignment in each case is ∼350 amino acids in length.
