The intensity of α-actinin, actin, and LC1 bands was measured from SDS-PAGE, the actin intensity was normalized against LC1 intensity in A, and the actin intensity was normalized against α-actinin in B, and averaged. Means ±s.e.m. are shown.
The relative amount of actin was obtained by dividing the ratio by that of the control (6.16 ± 0.56 in A, 3.80 ± 0.35 in B) and the errors were propagated.
