Data from single fibres injected with indo-1. Force–Ca relations were estimated in unfatigued fibres in a series of tetani at different frequencies and in the presence of caffeine (Fig. 5). Hill curves were fitted to the data (see Methods and Fig. 5) and theα table lists the Fmax normalized to 22°C in the same fibre, the Ca50 and the Hill coefficients (all terms as defined in the equation in Methods).
