(C) Heterozygosity for most E-Dp110KD mutations (including E-2d2, shown) enhances the size phenotype but does not enhance the venation phenotype. In fact, a slight suppression of the venation phenotype is often observed. (D) Heterozygosity for E-2g1 enhances both the size and venation phenotypes of the MS1096>Aos wing. Similar results were obtained for E-2g2 and E-3c1.
