Across both types of enzyme activity measures (per microgram DNA, per microgram protein), ANOVA also indicated a significant main treatment effect (p < 0.0001) and a treatment × measure interaction (p < 0.0001) with a significant decrease in ChAT (p < 0.0001) but no significant effect on TH (p > 0.8).
