Genomes and protein expression of rVSV-gD vectors. (A) The genomes of the rVSV vectors created for the present study are diagrammed in a 3′-to-5′ orientation of the negative-stranded viral RNA. (B) Vero cells were infected at an MOI of 5 with rVSV. At 24 h postinfection, cell lysates were prepared and electophoresed in a 5 to 20% sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were electroblotted on to a nylon membrane and probed with DL6 monoclonal antibody against HSV-2 gD.
