Pretreatment of cells with supernatant from NDV-infected CCD-1122Sk or HT-1080 cells in culture inhibited the growth of NDV in normal cells but not in tumor cells. At 60 h postinfection, supernatants were collected, clarified, and then applied to uninfected cells for 15 h. The cells were then infected with NDV (MOI = 0.001), and viral titers were determined.
