Overexpression of BmBtl enhanced the migration activity for vFGF. After incubation with various concentrations of vFGF (0, 1, 5, or 25 ng/ml) for 3 h, the migration activity of Sf-9 cells (A) or Sf-9 cells transfected with empty vector or BmBtl-His-pIZ (B) was examined by using a Boyden chamber assay.
