The effect of treatment with the CDR1-based peptide on the cytokine pattern. BALB/c mice (20 mice/group) were immunized with 16/6 Id and 3.5 months later injected i.v. or s.c. with pCDR1. Two mice were killed monthly, and their spleen cells were stimulated with 16/6 Id. Supernatants were analyzed for cytokine secretion. Results are representatives of two experiments.
