CBD and THC inhibit uptake of [³H]thymidine into EOC-20 microglia. (A) EOC-2 cells were pretreated with cannabinoid for 30 min at 37°C, and uptake of 0.5 μCi [³H]thymidine was assayed for a period of 1 min.
