"Q1" and "Q2" refer to lowest 2 intra-platform intensity quantiles. "cQ" (consensus quantile) refers to the number of discriminating targets attributed with similar expression levels across all 4 platforms. The last column refers to the number of discriminating targets with a cQ less than 2.
