B, the expression of EpoR in the preBötC area. The preBötC was visualized by immunohistochemistry of EpoR and NK1R in serial brainstem sections obtained from WT and Tg21 mice. In both WT and Tg21 mice EpoR and NK1R colocalized in the preBötC neurones.
