Top 20 genes up- and down-regulated during shoot, root, and callus development

Mean signal intensities were derived from two independent replications at each of nine different time points. Genes designated as specifically up- or down-regulated during shoot, root, or callus development, had estimated mean levels of expression at 10 d on SIM, CIM, or RIM, respectively, greater or lesser than the estimated mean levels of expression for five other comparisons as described in the text and had a q value less than or equal to 0.05 for all five comparisons.
