Cytokine production from coculture of transduced TIL and peptide pulsed T2 cells. MSGIN is a control vector containing GFP. APB 9 is a retroviral vector encoding the anti-gp100 TCR. AIB 18 encodes the anti-MART-1 TCR. JB2F4 and RC612 are cytotoxic T lymphocytes, which are highly MART-1 and gp100 reactive, respectively.
