Cdc3p is mislocalized in chs5 spa2 cells. Wild-type (Y1937) and chs5 spa2 (Y1940) strains containing the CDC3::3XHA allele were incubated at 30°C in YPDAS and then transferred to YPDA at 30°C for 6 h.
