Neutrophils isolated from RA patients (5 × 105) were incubated with a cell-permeable peptide corresponding to TAT-peptide-Ser345 sequence or with a scramble peptide for 30 minutes, then ROS production was measured with the luminol-amplified chemiluminescence technique in the absence (A) or presence (B) of fMLP (10–7 M).
