Localization of Hof1p in mutants arrested at telophase. Exponentially growing wild-type (YEF2016), cdc14 (YEF2100-2B), cdc15 (YEF2102-10A), and dbf2 dbf20 (YEF2098-11C) cells that contained HOF1-HA were shifted to 37°C for 3 h.
