1×106 IOMM-Lee cells and TFPI-2-transfected cells were layered on matrigel-coated transwell inserts (8 μm pore size) and allowed to invade for 24 h. Then, the filters were stained with Hema 3 (A) and invading cells were calculated as a percentage of total cells (B).
