Total cell lysates were collected from IOMM-Lee parental and TFPI-2-transfectant cells. 20–50 μg of total protein were subjected to 12% SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes. The membranes were later probed with cytochrome c, cleaved caspase 3, Bax and XIAP. GAPDH was used as an internal control to verify equal amounts of protein were loaded in all lanes.
