Effects of different cytokine gene plasmids on airway eosinophilic inflammation in mice after aerosol challenge. Mice were treated as described in Figure 1. Two days after the last OVA challenge, mice were sacrificed, and the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected. The cell compositions in BALF of different groups of mice were analyzed. Data are representative of three separate experiments with similar results.
