NRK cell nuclei were microinjected with plasmid DNA encoding full-length GM130 (fl GM130) or a mutant lacking the p115-binding site in the N-terminal domain (Δ63 GM130). After 3 h of expression, the cells were fixed and processed for electron microscopy. The parameters were determined as described in MATERIALS AND METHODS.
