Fibronectin-coated bead binding of J-β2.7 cells expressing wt LFA-1 or ΔI-LFA-1 after treatment with stimulating mAbs. Cells were adhered to plastic with an anti-CD5 mAb and incubated with fibronectin-coated beads and the indicated stimuli for 90 min at 37°C before washing off unbound beads.
