The top three levels of the PE Ontology, with level of branching (depth), the number of branches beneath concepts (children) and the inter rater reliability for that concept (kappa). There is no relationship between the depth of the concept or the number of children and the inter rater reliability (P=0.668 and P=0.886, respectively).
