Effects of quercetin on Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, Bax and caspase-3 proteins expression in prostate cancer cell line (PC-3). PC-3 cells were treated with indicated concentrations of quercetin for 24 h. Cell lysates were analyzed by Western blotting. Blots were incubated with anti-Bcl-2, anti- Bcl-xL, Bax, caspase-3 and anti-β actin antibodies.
