Resistance of sleB spoVF spores prepared with or without DPA. Spores of strain FB122 (sleB spoVF) prepared on plates at 37°C with or without DPA were decoated (A, C, and D) or not (B) and treated with wet heat (70°C) at an OD₆₀₀ of 2 (A), UV radiation at an OD₆₀₀ of 1 (B), hydrogen peroxide at an OD₆₀₀ of 1 (C), or dry heat (200 μl at an OD₆₀₀ of 10) at 105°C (D).
