Transmission electron micrographs of the H. pylori 1-phosphatase mutant following exposure to polymyxin. H. pylori strains Hp7-91, Hp7-91/lpxEHP::cm, and Hp7-91/lpxEHP::cm containing pHel3-lpxEHP were exposed to 100 μg/ml of polymyxin for 1 h.
