Distribution of fibronectin, paxillin and tensin in primary human fibroblasts. Cells were cultured for 16 h on coverslips. Double immunofluorescence staining was then performed with antibodies to paxillin (A) and fibronectin (B) or with tensin (C) and fibronectin (D).
