(B) Higher magnification images of the periphery of two adjacent osteoclasts stained with anti-Arp3 and anti-actin antibodies. In all images, podosomes look like punctate, fluorescent structures. Diffuse staining for actin, cortactin, and Arp3 is observed between podosomes.
