Asymmetric localization of Cwp1p in mutants defective in mRNA localization. Strains (A) M-717 (bni1Δ/bni1Δ), (B) ICY018 (she3Δ/she3Δ), and (C) KBY1012 (myo4Δ/myo4Δ) were transformed with plasmid pGS-GFP-CWP1-low and examined for the localization of GFP-Cwp1p.
