MycTgM-AΔtail was completely soluble in the absence of F-actin (Control). MycTgM-AΔtail could be released from F-actin by subsequent incubation with ATP. Rabbit muscle F-actin was used at 4 μM and ATP at 10 mM in the presence of 130 mM KCl.
