The complete broods of 6 unc-46(e177) mdf-1(gk2) and 10 emb-30(tn377ts); unc-46(e177) mdf-1(gk2) homozygotes were analyzed at 16°C. These parental animals were the F1 progeny of +/eT1III; unc-46(e177) mdf-1(gk2)/eT1V and emb-30(tn377ts)/eT1III; unc-46(e177) mdf-1(gk2)/eT1V heterozygotes, respectively.
