(A) Affinity material was radioiodinated, run in different amounts (equivalent to 100,000 cpm [lanes 1 and 3] and 60,000 cpm [lanes 2 and 4]) on SDS-PAGE under reducing and nonreducing conditions (lanes 1–2, and 3–4, respectively), and gels were exposed to autoradiography.
