Distribution of ZEBRAOV library SAGE tags by abundance classes. The library was subdivided into 83 abundance classes, from 1 to 284 tag copies per tag species, according to the occurrence frequency of each tag species. Tag frequencies were plotted on a logarithmic scale on the x-axis against the number of SAGE tag species in each class on the y-axis.
