The neutralization capacities of seven anti-V3non-B MAbs and seven anti-V3B MAbs with psSF162 (bearing the GPGR motif) and psMW965 (bearing the GPGQ motif) were tested in a single-cycle infectivity assay. Human anti-parvovirus B19 MAb 1418 was used as a negative control. The neutralizing curves represent the means from three experiments, and error bars indicate standard deviations.
