Asynchronously growing cultures of each cell line were treated without (time 0) or with 100 μg/ml ABHA for 24 and 48 h and then harvested, and the cell cycle status was assessed by FACS. The percentage of cells in each cell cycle phase, and the subdiploid cell, are shown. These data are representative of two to four independent experiments.
