Sucrose gradient (20S) samples containing [35S]CCT were incubated in the presence and absence of 10 mM AMP-PNP, and immunoprecipitated under non-denaturing conditions with either a C-terminus anti-CCTα or an anti-CCTε apical domain monoclonal antibody.
