Expression patterns of known C. glabrata resistance-associated genes in the serial isolates of strains A and B. Total RNA was prepared from each isolate and probed with PCR-amplified fragments of the C. glabrata Cg CDR1, Cg CDR2, and Cg ERG11 genes by Northern blot analysis.
