Each assay was tested on the ABI 7900 platform against 1 ng of the purified genomic DNAs listed. Samples were performed in duplicate in a blinded panel. The plus symbol indicates a positive response. Such responses were early and robust, with CT values ranging from 23.61 to 26.74. A negative response, yielding a CT value of 45, is indicated by the minus symbol.
