The sizes of the template regions were as follows (in nucleotides): 165 for donor D to acceptor B, 158 for donor C2 to acceptor AC, and 153 for donor B to acceptor AC.
The total number of recombination events for template regions under 5-min dimerization were 37 for donor D to acceptor B and 20 for donor C2 to acceptor AC. ND, not determined.
The total number of recombination events for template regions under 40-min dimerization were as follows: 41 for donor D to acceptor B, 16 for donor C2 to acceptor AC, and 27 for donor B to acceptor AC.
The total number of recombination events for template regions under 15-min incubation with NCp7 were as follows: 18 for donor D to acceptor B, 16 for donor C2 to acceptor AC, and 20 for donor B to acceptor AC.
