Rab5 and Arf6 affect different internalization pathways. HeLa cells coexpressing GFP-Rab5 Q79L and Tac (A); GFP-Rab5 Q79L, Arf6 Q67L and Tac (B); or GFP-Rab5 Q79L, Arf6 Q67L, and Tac-LL (C) were allowed to internalize monoclonal anti-Tac for 1 h, followed by an acid wash.
